Delivery Information

  • The delivery on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria is made to the office of a company for courier services within 3 / three / working days.
  • The delivery on the territory of the European Union is made to the office of the respective courier company in the country and the city indicated by the RECIPIENT or in an additional way agreed by the PARTIES.
  • The delivery can be made in another way, chosen by you, as the cost of the service will be paid by the recipient, and if the supplier requires advance payment, the amount will be charged on the value of the product.
  • In case of REFUSAL of an order made and delivered to the requested address, the delivery costs are at the expense of the RECIPIENT!
  • You can pay for the goods:
  • - Bank transfer
  • - Upon receipt by cash on delivery
  • - Cash
  • All goods and products are customs cleared, with paid customs duties and VAT.
  • The price of delivery is determined by tariffs of the courier company depending on the weight and volume of the shipment.
  • Orders are sent no later than the next working day after confirmation of the order by phone or by e-mail. Orders that are not confirmed by phone or e-mail are not sent until they are confirmed.
  • The consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract or from the contract outside the commercial site, without stating a reason, without paying compensation or penalty and without paying any costs, except for the costs provided in Art. 54, para. 3 and Art. 55, within 14 days from the date of receipt, this may be done by providing us with a completed form with the necessary information for the relevant order under Annex 6 of the CPA.
  • In cases where the consumer exercises his right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement, he is obliged to pay all costs for the return delivery of the ordered goods according to the tariff of the courier used. The goods must be returned within 14 calendar days in the condition in which they were received by the consumer and the courier company with which they were delivered. The money for the goods will be refunded to the consumers within 14 days after receiving the returned goods in the way they were received.
