- Senzo began its activities in 1948. with the production of Japanese kitchen knives in the city of Seki-Japan. From the very beginning, the goal was to produce high-quality, sharp, comfortable and balanced kitchen knives that would be easy and enjoyable to work with. That is why the name Senzo was chosen, which means Action in translation.
- In 1973, the Suncraft trade name was registered, the company expanded its activities and began to offer high-quality kitchen tools and accessories for both professionals and amateur chefs. Senzo remains to drive and present Japanese kitchen knives.
- And although Senzo follows modern trends and is interested in modern technologies and materials, it does not deviate from its goals, to offer high-quality Japanese kitchen knives. Most Senzo knives are made 100% by hand by experienced craftsmen and using traditional methods inherited from samurai sword smiths, in their own factory.
