KASUMI's
Kurouchi series of Japanese kitchen knives is based on the traditional way of
making, traditional materials and the experience of the masters.
A joint work of Katsushige Anryu and Kasumi, which gave birth to a beautiful and rare knife with a spirit and a look back in time.
The knives
are made with attention to detail, and follow traditions such as light weight,
blue steel blade (high carbon), octagonal handle made of natural Japanese Cherry wood, and
red colored ring also made of Japanese Cherry.
The
Kurouchi series is available in two versions, the only difference being the
shape of the handle, the material remains Japanese cherry, but the shape of one version is
oval and without a ring on the blade, this style takes us back more than 100
years, but this does not prevent modern master chefs. not to part with this
traditional shape of the knife.
The
Kurouchi series is not in series production and due to the great interest it
takes 6-9 months in a row. JK strives to satisfy its customers and to have
stocks or to shorten the time for production and delivery.

Premium END GRAIN Acacia cutting board with dimensions 41cm
x 28cm x 3cm is made of high-quality material, specially selected for maximum
longevity.END GRAIN is the way of gluing the wooden cubes so that
the wood fibers are vertical. Vertically placed wood fibers have many
advantages, one of the most important being that it protects the knives and
their blades during work, because when cutting the blade enters between the
wood fibers of the board, and after pulling back they close again, the second
