  •  All products on the website - jk-knives.eu have a two-year / 2-year / warranty - covering defects due to errors in production, manufacture and design, except for abrasives / limescale. The warranty covers only amateur use and not industrial or commercial use. This warranty does not cover claims due to improper storage or use, as well as natural wear and tear of the material.
  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item to us within 7 working days and receive either a refund or a replacement item. All returned items must be in original condition (items must not have been used, must not have been in contact with water and must include their original undamaged packaging).
  • The warranty comes into force from the moment of purchase of the product by the first customer (owner). This warranty does not cover damage caused by wear, oxidation, improper use, improper or immaculate storage, which can be avoided through basic care, careful cleaning, lubrication and polishing, even of the finest stainless steels.
  • To take advantage of this warranty, please send the defective product along with the original or a copy of the receipt or other document certifying the date and place of purchase. If the manufacturer or dealer certifies a defect through the manufacturer's fault, the defective parts will be replaced free of charge, including the cost of delivering the product back to the buyer.

  • You are responsible for the cost of transport to the specific service center. When returning your product, be sure to use the shipping method provided. The manufacturer and dealer cannot be held responsible for products or items that do not reach the service center.
  • Note:
  • If the sharpening, cutting quality or performance of our knives decreases over time, we offer you the services of sharpening / polishing Japanese limescale.
