- Blade made of Japanese high carbon steel Blue Steel in
Kurouchi style which will protect the blade from corrosion to some extent and
gives the traditional Japanese style to the kitchen knife. A steel known for
its incredible sharpness and long retention of the cutting edge.
- Handle made of natural Black walnut wood, oval and comfortable
for a perfect grip and light work with the knife.
- Like any original Japanese kitchen knife, the knife is light
and comfortable to use in any kitchen.
- Comes with initial sharpening. We recommend sharpening
