Instructions for use:

Open the lid of the grinder so that the rollers themselves are exposed, pour some water on the rollers so that the basin under them is filled to about the middle of the rollers. Close the cap and you can start sharpening. According to the condition of the knife, select the sharpening size. Sharpening is done without pressure by pulling the blade from the back to the tip. Over several pulls, check the sharpening progress and stop according to your preference.
