• END GRAIN is the way of gluing the wooden cubes so that the wood fibers are vertical. Vertically placed wood fibers have many advantages, one of the most important being that it protects the knives and their blades during work, because when cutting the blade enters between the wood fibers of the board, and after pulling back they close again, the second advantage is that the vertical gluing of the wood piles reduces the probability of warping of the cutting board and accordingly requires less care and attention, and thirdly is the aesthetic qualities and the design with the participation of nature.

• Usage:
• It is recommended to use a non-slip mat under the cutting board to prevent it from moving while in use.
• We recommend using one cutting board for cooked foods and vegetables and a separate cutting board for raw meat and seafood.
• The above are just suggestions, it all depends on your personal preference.

Cleaning:

• -Wash the board with mild soap and warm water after each use.
• -After washing, dry with a towel and place the board vertically to air dry.
• -Use lemon or baking soda to remove unwanted odors.
• -Do not use alcohol, gasoline or other chemical solvents to remove stains!
• -Never put the board in a dishwasher!

Care:

• -Apply food grade mineral oil or specialized cutting board oil regularly to maintain the board's moisture balance.
• -Use about 320 grit sandpaper to polish the board to remove deep cuts and knife marks. After polishing, apply cutting board oil.

• -Do not expose the board to direct sunlight and extreme heat sources as this may cause warping or cracking.
